Aufgaben
- Lead the strategic brand planning process for AYVAKYT in Germany
- Direct the internal cross-functional product team and product launches
- Identify and react to market trends, opportunities, and risks
- Establish the product as the standard of care in approved indications
- Increase disease awareness through omnichannel and digital projects
- Develop operational action plans and provide field service support
- Utilize market research to build in-depth competitor and market knowledge
- Monitor competitor information to develop effective counter-strategies
- Report on marketing KPIs and multi-channel metrics
- Collaborate with finance and logistics on sales volume forecasts
- Plan and manage the expenditure budget for all commercial activities
- Evaluate the marketing mix to assess cost efficiency and results
- Maintain relationships with medical experts and external partners
- Coordinate with international teams to align promotional campaigns
- Share best practices across different local operating companies
- Ensure legal compliance and medical accuracy of all marketing materials
- Translate brand science into patient-friendly terms
- Present performance data and critical information to senior leadership
- Manage agency partner relationships, workflows, and expense budgets
- Oversee marketing OPEX planning and accuracy
