Anforderungen

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related field
  • 10+ years professional experience in senior HR leadership (ideally industrial, automotive, or high-tech)
  • Proven international experience
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Ability to analyze complex situations
  • Ability to develop effective HR strategies (especially workforce planning)
  • Solid understanding of compensation structures and benefits programs
  • Ability to evaluate, adapt, and communicate compensation/benefits programs

  • Ability to support employees/leaders with empathy and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Confidence in working with employees, leadership, and employee representatives
  • Solid experience with HR systems and digital tools
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prepare high-quality presentations
  • Ability to deliver presentations effectively to diverse audiences
  • Strong practical understanding of German labor law
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, people-focused approach

  • Ability to foster supportive and positive culture
  • Fluent German (spoken and written)

  • Collaborate with Porsche AG and leadership
  • Partner with legal and department heads
  • Address HR topics cooperatively
  • Oversee Front Desk operations
  • Manage Facility Management services
  • Administer Fleet Management
  • Ensure Occupational Safety compliance
