- Experience with budgeting, reporting, cash management, and internal controls
- Experience leading strategic projects (M&A or Integration) and working in multinational environment is an advantage
- Fluent English in international matrix environment
- Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is a strong advantage

- Lead finance, accounting, controlling, cash, and risk management
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting
- Produce high-quality monthly reports
- Drive profit-oriented business steering
- Analyze KPIs and provide insights
- Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and group requirements
- Lead and develop the finance organization
- Support integration, M&A activities, and network development
- Advise senior management and the Board
- Contribute to strategic and operational decision-making
