- University degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
- Extensive senior finance management experience in multinational organization
- People leadership experience (talent development, performance management, organizational alignment)
- Strong end-to-end P&L management expertise
- Process management and business process excellence experience
- Solid project and matrix management experience in complex organizations
- Strong business and financial acumen, including audit experience
- SAP experience
- Digital savvy, familiar with AI
- In-depth U.S. GAAP knowledge
- OneStream experience (nice to have)
- Fluent English language skills
- German language skills (nice to have)
Aufgaben
- Drive standardization and optimization of financial processes
- Ensure adherence to established procedures
- Develop new processes to meet business needs
- Strengthen departmental capabilities
- Establish Central Finance as a Center of Excellence
- Promote continuous improvement in finance organization
- Assume accountability for financial consolidation and reporting
- Provide oversight to country controlling teams
- Follow up on audit findings
- Lead planning and execution of HQ cost and OE SG&A initiatives
- Enhance annual planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Develop FP&A as a Centre of Excellence
- Serve as primary interface to Shared Service Center
- Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes
- Lead project and change progress reviews
- Execute Transfer Pricing governance and compliance
- Act as business process owner for Record-to-Report
- Ensure process integrity and continuous optimization
- Hold responsibility for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Oversee ABL reporting and annual ABL audits
- Lead Management Reporting and FP&A
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Oversee OE SG&A Controlling
- Drive process enhancements and implement advanced tools
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for HQ Controlling
- Lead strategic initiatives and transformation programs
- Partner cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities
- Provide strong people leadership
- Review and optimize organizational structures
- Foster accountability and employee development
- Act as primary interface to Global Finance functions
- Ensure alignment and effective collaboration
