Anforderungen
- Degree in business administration, finance, or comparable qualification

- Advanced MS Excel proficiency, experience with reporting/BI tools (e.g., MS Fabrics, Power BI), SAP knowledge is advantage
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken

Aufgaben
- Act as a key sparring partner for operational business
- Analyze profitability across multiple units
- Provide well-founded support for business decisions
- Combine financial transparency with business model understanding
- Collaborate closely with operational units
- Prepare and analyze target vs. actual comparisons
- Derive concrete recommendations for improving results
- Conduct economic feasibility analyses
- Assess profitability at customer, project, and product levels
- Calculate projects, offers, and business cases
- Coordinate with operational stakeholders
- Monitor operational performance
- Develop relevant KPIs and steering metrics
- Support planning and forecasting processes
- Analyze cost structures
- Identify and implement efficiency and optimization potential
- Prepare decision-relevant analyses and presentations
- Develop and harmonize controlling tools, reports, and processes
- Ensure high data quality for decision-making
