As a senior leader, you will act as an internal consultant bridging the gap between data and strategy to drive sustainable growth and influence executive decisions across the company.

Anforderungen

• •10+ years experience in data strategy, analytics consulting, or commercial insights
• •Ideally experience in travel, e-commerce, or marketplace environments
• •Experience managing managers and leading multi-disciplinary teams
• •Strong grasp of data analytics, BI tools, and statistical or econometric methods
• •Ability to challenge assumptions and validate outputs
• •Ability to translate data into strategic insight
• •Understanding of P&L, growth levers, and operational trade-offs
• •Exceptional storytelling and simplification of complex concepts
• •Ability to diagnose problems and structure ambiguous questions
• •Delivery of pragmatic recommendations

• •Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
