Aufgaben
- Lead and scale a global Supply Chain Solutions organization
- Ensure high performance, alignment, and collaboration across regions
- Define and execute the end-to-end supply chain technology strategy
- Align technology strategy with business priorities and digital transformation
- Serve as the senior IT partner to COO and Supply Chain leadership
- Translate business needs into scalable, value-driven solutions
- Own, modernize, and optimize the global application portfolio
- Manage applications across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse operations
- Drive large-scale transformation programs, such as ERP/SAP S/4HANA
- Drive process standardization and system harmonization
- Establish and enforce governance, standards, operating models, and best practices
- Manage the supply chain technology landscape
- Lead cross-functional product teams and Business IT Integrated Teams (BITs)
- Ensure successful delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Oversee budgets and resource allocation
- Manage vendor and partner relationships
- Ensure cost efficiency and value realization
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture
- Ensure compliance with data governance
