- Cobots (UR, Fanuc, ABB) experience
- Motion control experience
- PLC/Logic programming experience
- Technical leadership in fast-growth environment
- Proven track record scaling engineering teams
- Management of technical sales (pre-sales)
- Management of post-sales (field engineering/support)
- Balancing selling and delivering
- Project lifecycle management experience
- Overseeing "turnkey" projects
- Experience from napkin sketch to FAT and commissioning
- English language fluency
- German or French fluency advantage
- Commercial acumen
- Cross-functional navigation skills
- Client empathy
- Leadership skills
- English language
Aufgaben
- Lead a team of Application Engineers
- Turn client requirements into validated 3D designs
- Create technical proposals
- Coach and develop Solution Architects
- Support the regional sales team with technical expertise
- Represent the company to key customers
- Coach and develop the Team Leader Deployment and CS
- Ensure timely project delivery
- Maintain high project quality
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee system deployment
- Manage system commissioning
- Ensure long-term technical health of client systems
