- Understanding of plastic 3D printing processes
- Ability to read schematics and electronics debugging
- Persistence in troubleshooting and commissioning
- Fluency in German and English
- Willingness to work on factory floor
- Integration of control systems via OPC-UA
- Willingness to learn multiple PLC platforms
- Commitment to documenting control logic
Aufgaben
- Design and program PLC-based control systems
- Commission and maintain production control systems
- Develop real-time control logic using TwinCAT
- Write structured industrial PLC code
- Design and commission safety PLC systems
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13849 standards
- Perform risk assessments and safety validations
- Build intuitive HMI and visualization interfaces
- Manage fieldbus networks and industrial networking
- Configure IP addressing and network diagnostics
- Integrate and troubleshoot KUKA robots
- Monitor actuators, sensors, and safety systems
- Commission drives and integrate industrial sensors
- Read and review electrical schematics
- Perform soldering and electronics debugging
- Maintain electrical panels and field wiring
- Troubleshoot I/O failures and communication issues
- Integrate control systems via OPC-UA and MQTT
- Document control logic for maintainability
