- Familiarity with RAMS aspects
- Familiarity with environmental and reliability considerations in avionics design
- Basic knowledge of VHDL / Verilog
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Leadership experience 6-10 years+
- Meticulous attention to detail in design, analysis, and documentation
- Hands-on mentality at testing and problem debugging
- Experience leading multinational teams
- Experience with EEE & EMI/EMC is a plus
Aufgaben
- Build and lead a high-performing avionics team
- Define system requirements and architecture for avionics
- Lead breadboard activities, PCB design, and FPGA programming
- Select suppliers and oversee development of qualified hardware
- Ensure power system design meets mission requirements
- Collaborate with software and GNC teams on system architecture
- Set up and manage Hardware-in-the-Loop environment
- Lead the design and development of flight control systems
- Translate system requirements into avionics specifications
- Utilize simulation tools to model avionics systems
- Develop prototypes for avionics equipment testing
- Prepare comprehensive design documentation
- Work with cross-functional teams for seamless integration
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements
