Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
  • •Proven experience in avionics equipment design with aerospace applications
  • •Proficiency in avionics design tools and software
  • •Understanding of space relevant standards and regulations
  • •Knowledge of safety-critical design principles
  • •Familiarity with RAMS aspects
  • •Familiarity with environmental and reliability considerations in avionics design
  • •Basic knowledge of VHDL / Verilog
  • •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • •Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • •Leadership experience 6-10 years+
  • •Meticulous attention to detail in design, analysis, and documentation
  • •Hands-on mentality at testing and problem debugging
  • •Experience leading multinational teams
  • •Experience with EEE & EMI/EMC is a plus

Aufgaben

  • •Build and lead a high-performing avionics team
  • •Define system requirements and architecture for avionics
  • •Lead breadboard activities, PCB design, and FPGA programming
  • •Select suppliers and oversee development of qualified hardware
  • •Ensure power system design meets mission requirements
  • •Collaborate with software and GNC teams on system architecture
  • •Set up and manage Hardware-in-the-Loop environment
  • •Lead the design and development of flight control systems
  • •Translate system requirements into avionics specifications
  • •Utilize simulation tools to model avionics systems
  • •Develop prototypes for avionics equipment testing
  • •Prepare comprehensive design documentation
  • •Work with cross-functional teams for seamless integration
  • •Stay current with industry trends and advancements
