As a Senior Hardware Development Engineer, you will design cutting-edge electronic systems for space and airborne applications, manage the full design cycle, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver optimal solutions. Anforderungen

• •Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• •At least 7 years of experience in hardware development positions
• •Driving personality and responsibility
• •Proficiency with schematic capture, PCB layout, circuit simulation
• •Familiarity with bench instruments (oscilloscopes, analyzers, power supplies)
• •Experience in technical leadership positions
• •Experience with high frequency / high speed design and simulation tools
• •Basic knowledge of embedded programming in C/C++
• •Good written and spoken English and/or German communication skills

Aufgaben

• •Design electronic systems for space and airborne applications
• •Create high-speed analog and digital designs
• •Develop sensors, actuator/motor drives, and power supplies
• •Integrate complex boards with microcontrollers, FPGAs, memories, and SoCs
• •Manage the entire design cycle from component selection to production handover
• •Conduct laboratory bench testing and design verification
• •Coordinate with electronics, mechanical, optics, control systems, software, and simulation teams
• •Test, debug, and integrate electronics using laboratory instruments
• •Support PCB industrialization activities
• •Interface with production and test engineering teams
• •Write test specifications and train test engineers and technicians
• •Possibility to advance to technical lead or project management roles
• •Assign and verify work of other engineers
• •Decide on technical trades and follow up on schedules
• •Report status to management verbally and in writing
• •Present technical information to customers
