Aufgaben
- Own electronic hardware design for soil sensor systems
- Design sensor interfaces and power management modules
- Integrate communication modules into rugged sensor heads
- Design reliable and manufacturable PCBs
- Integrate optical and electrochemical sensing components
- Ensure signal integrity and noise immunity
- Guarantee long-term durability in harsh agricultural environments
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and production teams
- Manage designs from concept to scalable manufacturing
- Execute PCBA design for manufacturing processes
- Design power electronics and analog/digital circuits
- Perform impedance matching for electronic designs
- Capture schematics and layout PCBs in Altium Designer
- Conduct prototyping, board bring-up, and reliability testing
- Characterize in-house and off-the-shelf components
- Model and simulate circuits using simulation tools
- Document all performed experiments and measurements
