- Direct commercial GTM experience
- Selling or supporting B2B software to enterprise customers
- Proven experience designing territories
- Proven experience setting quotas
- Proven experience building variable compensation plans
- Track record building sales capacity models
- Track record building productivity frameworks
- Track record building headcount planning processes
- Extensive enterprise CRM systems experience
- Extensive business intelligence tools experience
- Proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Proven ability to partner with C-level stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence senior sales leadership
- Proven ability to partner with senior sales leadership
- Track record developing industry-specific frameworks
- Track record developing sales plays
- Track record developing value propositions
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field
- Experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
- Experience in industry-focused GTM or vertical sales roles
- Background in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software companies
- Track record scaling sales organizations through 3x+ growth
- Territory expansion and comp plan evolution experience
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience building industry-specific go-to-market motions from scratch
- Track record of scaling sales organizations through 3x+ growth periods in B2B software
- Direct enterprise sales or sales engineering experience
- Complex, multi-stakeholder environments experience
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, ML) in enterprise contexts
- Management consulting experience
- Focus on industry strategy or commercial excellence
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

- Drive territory segmentation strategies
- Establish industry benchmarks
- Define industry best practices for sales
- Work with Finance on target setting
- Develop industry-specific planning models
- Create industry frameworks for customer value
- Drive planning cycles for GTM segments
- Analyze industry-specific sales metrics
- Develop insights from pipeline dynamics
- Evolve sales motions based on vertical nuances
- Evaluate market opportunities
- Assess competitive positioning
- Identify whitespace within target industries
- Lead collaboration across Strategy and RevOps
- Ensure industry alignment with Sales Enablement
- Coordinate with Strategic Finance
- Communicate industry-specific feature requirements to Product
- Share market feedback with Product teams
- Prepare executive-level materials
- Present industry performance reviews
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions
- Provide board updates
