Aufgaben

• •Develop space communication technologies for missions
• •Improve ground station performance and capabilities
• •Manage innovative space communication system projects
• •Provide engineering matrix support to ESA programs
• •Support the operations of ESTRACK
• •Manage research and development for ground stations
• •Specify RF and telecommunications equipment requirements
• •Procure custom and COTS hardware components
• •Draft statements of work for industrial contracts
• •Monitor industrial development and procurement contracts
• •Manage subsystem deployment and station integration
• •Develop high-speed samplers and ADC/DAC systems
• •Oversee and deploy cryo-cooled systems
• •Simulate RF and telecommunication system performance
• •Conduct performance tests at industry and laboratory sites
• •Contribute to domain standardization and harmonization
• •Supervise industrial service contracts
