Anforderungen
- PhD or Master's degree in Finance/Business Studies or Industrial Engineering/Business Informatics with focus on Corporate Finance, Accounting or Controlling with outstanding academic performance
- Up to 2 years of hands-on Finance experience (Accounting or Financial Controlling) from international assignments or Working Student roles, or domestic experience with significant international academic exposure
- Sound financial knowledge and analytical skills
- High proficiency with digital tools and willingness to embrace new technologies; prior touchpoints to Finance digitization, data science and/or business intelligence are a plus
- Profound knowledge of MS Office; SAP, TM-1 and Tableau skills are a plus
- Fluency in Business English, plus a second language
- High learning agility and curiosity to problem solving. Team-player with strong presentation, communication, and networking skills.
- Extracurricular activities are a plus

- Take ownership of high-impact Finance projects
- Interact directly with senior management
- Deepen understanding of Finance tools and processes
- Experience different Finance areas (Controlling, Accounting, Reporting)
- Build a strong company-wide network
- Participate in international assignments
- Support local Finance functions in an overseas location
- Enhance Finance expertise and business acumen
- Develop cross-cultural competences
- Participate in a comprehensive training curriculum
- Receive continuous mentoring
