- Very good German and English skills

- Actively contribute to operational performance and strategic direction
- Develop and implement modern KPI systems
- Enhance the integrated steering framework with the team
- Analyze strategic and operational objectives within your scope
- Derive sound recommendations for action
- Prepare reports and management presentations for target audiences
- Interpret figures within their business context
- Provide a solid basis for decision-making
- Support optimization, digitalization, and integration of reporting and business processes
- Independently prepare ad hoc analyses for business partners and management
- Actively contribute to portfolio steering
- Help shape the commercial development of product and business strategy
