- •Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG food or lifestyle brands
- •Strong track record in marketing and sales roles
- •Generalist profile with hands-on execution strength
- •Confident communication and stakeholder management
- •High-ownership mindset and strong drive for results
- •Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
- •Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Execute Germany’s contribution to the B2B Expansion Roadmap
- •Review and approve all prospect customers with the General Manager
- •Manage end-to-end commercial readiness for new B2B customers
- •Lead the execution of the Channel Activity Masterplan (CAMP) across all B2B channels
- •Translate portfolio priorities into NOI targets and distribution targets
- •Focus on sales cycle targets
- •Track execution against the plan and close performance gaps proactively
- •Ensure strong execution of sales fundamentals, including assortment and pricing
- •Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders in Germany
- •Manage daily B2B business performance against targets
- •Identify and share best practices across markets
