Anforderungen
- •2–3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, high-growth Start-ups, Scale-ups, or VC/PE
- •Experience in formulation and execution of commercial strategy and GTM motions
- •Builder’s mindset combining structure and pragmatism
- •Strong business acumen and ability to work with senior leadership
- •Structured and adaptive problem-solving approach
- •Excellent communication skills in English; German is a strong plus
- •Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or STEM from a top-tier university

- •Design and implement a scalable global GTM strategy
- •Define end-to-end sales processes and operational cadence
- •Support Sales teams on high-priority strategic accounts
- •Assist Growth teams in strategic account development
- •Develop a continuous sales enablement program
- •Create a global sales reporting framework
- •Establish a single source of truth for pipeline health
- •Design and manage a global sales commission plan
- •Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, Product, and Tech teams
- •Build and lead the Revenue Operations function
