Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 4–6 years relevant professional experience in workforce, HR, people analytics, or business analytics
- Effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Managing multiple priorities and delivering results in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Collaborative work in matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data to identify patterns and connect insights
- High proficiency in programming language (JavaScript, R, Python, Scala, or Java)
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL preferred
- Strong interest in and working knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure
- Experience with traditional data warehousing and ETL tools
- Knowledge of Japanese language is an added advantage

- Provide deep technical expertise for high-impact workforce analytics initiatives
- Identify optimal data sets, models, training methods, and testing techniques
- Analyze complex business and people-data problems
- Apply continuous integration and deployment best practices
- Design and build predictive models, classifiers, and recommendation systems
- Stay current on data science, machine learning, AI, and visualization tools
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Partner with business leaders and domain experts to gather context
- Manage external vendors in workforce analytics development
- Use programming languages in cloud environments
- Design the overall data architecture for a global HR Data Lake
- Develop workforce analytics tools
- Guide global HR data governance and KPI strategy
- Strengthen data culture across Global HR and the broader data community
