Anforderungen
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, modeling, or applied statistics within Healthcare, Pharma or Life sciences in a client-facing role
- Proven Python and SQL skills
- Proven experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Dashboard design and storytelling with data
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
- Basic understanding of healthcare KPIs, quality metrics, or benchmarking concepts (advantageous)
- Fluent English
- German language skills (a plus)

- Perform internal QA checks
- Propose new healthcare products
- Improve existing workflows
