- Define a roadmap for business and revenue growth
- Attend meetings with R&D, Marketing, Pricing, and Sales teams
- Agree on pricing strategy and product portfolio with teams
- Monitor competitors and prepare competitive analysis
- Support the sales team through customer visits and project briefings
- Define success metrics and analyze customer feedback
- Communicate portfolio updates across all media
- Conduct in-house training to enhance product understanding
