  • Design and maintain global end-to-end sales processes
  • Define and enforce global minimum standards
  • Standardize processes across countries and business lines
  • Identify and implement process simplification and streamlining
  • Establish and maintain process governance
  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners and GBPE Team
  • Reduce process variations across countries
  • Formalize and control local deviations
  • Define and monitor global sales process KPIs
  • Develop and maintain steering governance tools
  • Translate global standards into CRM/ERP requirements
  • Identify and implement automation and digitalization opportunities
  • Support rollout of process-related software tools
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead change management and adoption efforts
  • Provide enablement and training for country sales teams
  • Manage interfaces with other functional processes
