- Design and maintain global end-to-end sales processes
- Define and enforce global minimum standards
- Standardize processes across countries and business lines
- Identify and implement process simplification and streamlining
- Establish and maintain process governance
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners and GBPE Team
- Reduce process variations across countries
- Formalize and control local deviations
- Define and monitor global sales process KPIs
- Develop and maintain steering governance tools
- Translate global standards into CRM/ERP requirements
- Identify and implement automation and digitalization opportunities
- Support rollout of process-related software tools
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead change management and adoption efforts
- Provide enablement and training for country sales teams
- Manage interfaces with other functional processes
