Anforderungen
- Several years of SAP Consultant experience, preferably in-house
- Expertise in customizing and designing SAP Sales and Distribution
- Experience in corporate or matrix organization
- University degree in Business Administration (Logistics/IT focus), Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
- Knowledge of ABAP at debugging level
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time
- Strong experience in cross-functional, virtual, and international teams
- Proactive, collaborative, and customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Business-fluent German skills
- Fluent English skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% within Germany
- Preference for severely disabled individuals in case of equal suitability
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with IS Service Managers and Business Process Specialists
- Estimate development efforts and understand requirements
- Design IS solutions aligned with business goals
- Conduct comprehensive business analyses
- Support decision-making for IS solutions and projects
- Create business specifications and technical concepts
- Implement projects and ongoing system operations through customizing
- Manage and optimize internal and cross-functional processes
- Act as SAP Sales and Distribution subject matter expert
- Contribute to daily operations and new solution development
- Lead temporary teams of internal and external colleagues
- Ensure successful task completion and effective knowledge transfer
