- Partner with Global HR to select a modern learning platform
- Partner with Global HR to implement a modern learning platform
- Ensure learning platform adoption across locations
- Develop competency frameworks for blue-collar roles
- Develop competency frameworks for white-collar roles
- Develop role-based learning paths for blue-collar roles
- Develop role-based learning paths for white-collar roles
- Implement learning analytics to measure effectiveness
