Anforderungen

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Global Process Owner (GPO) or HR Operations Lead role in multi-national environment
  • Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma or Design Thinking for HR services
  • HR viewed through Product Management lens
  • Deep functional knowledge of Workday/ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Understanding of process design dictating system configuration
  • Direct experience leading HR integrations during corporate carve-out or M&A cycle
  • Private Equity experience preferred
  • Ability to challenge status quo at executive level
  • Driving change across diverse geographic regions

Aufgaben

  • Lead the global Hire-to-Retire (H2R) lifecycle.
  • Define the employee experience blueprint.
  • Lead the transition to a SoftBank-backed entity.
  • Design a high-performance Target Operating Model (TOM).
  • Serve as final authority on global HR processes.
  • Ensure lean, digital-first, and scalable HR processes.
  • Serve as design authority for the H2R lifecycle.
  • Standardize global H2R processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Collaborate with COEs to re-engineer H2R processes.
  • Automate H2R processes.
  • Eliminate regional shadow processes.
  • Shift HR operations to automated models.
  • Implement the HR operating model.
  • Clarify interactions between HR functions.
  • Support future business growth.
  • Optimize the tiered HR service delivery model.
  • Redirect high-volume transactional HR work.
  • Lead HR M&A lifecycle integration.
  • Create a scalable plug-and-play model.
  • Integrate acquired companies into global H2R processes.
  • Integrate acquired companies into global H2R systems.
  • Guide functional configuration of HR platforms.
  • Guide integration of HR platforms.
  • Ensure scalable HR platform architecture.
  • Ensure HR data integrity.
  • Provide real-time workforce analytics.
