Global Process Owner - Service Delivery(m/w/x)
Developing and implementing global processes for last mile transportation and routing in travel and culinary services. Proven expertise in last mile logistics and routing optimization tools essential. Strategic impact on global last mile operations for customer experience.
Anforderungen
- Proven expertise in last mile logistics, transportation operations, or service delivery planning
- Strong experience with TMS, routing optimization tools, planning and scheduling software, or fleet management solutions
- Solid understanding of transport planning, route optimization, fleet utilization, and operational scheduling
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience in process design, operational standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with Lean, Operational Excellence, or process improvement methodologies (advantage)
- Experience managing cross-regional projects and collaborating with global stakeholders
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor degree in business economics, business science, engineering or related fields
- Lean manufacturing certification/knowledge
- 5+ years in operational leadership position with international experience
- Previous experience in leadership of continuous improvement programs
- Lean manufacturing/6-Sigma deployment experience
- Experience in implementation automation, assembly processes
- Project management experience
- Strong computer literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Power BI experience (plus)
- CAD system experience (plus)
- Excellent command of English
