- Ensure consistent execution of plans across all science affiliates
- Foster global affiliate collaboration for integrated processes
- Enhance risk visibility and effective communication across regions
- Ensure timely reporting on global affiliate activities
- Build strategic relationships with scientific institutions
- Maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and international partners
- Strengthen the global affiliate network and scientific collaboration
- Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations
- Support adaptation of global quality management systems to local needs
- Oversee international scientific projects
- Plan budgets for international scientific projects
- Track performance of international scientific projects
- Implement strategic adjustments to achieve business objectives
- Monitor scientific and technological trends
- Provide strategic recommendations for future business and innovation
- Implement knowledge-sharing structures
- Support international teams in addressing cultural challenges
- Support international teams in addressing operational challenges
