- Deep expertise in audit & inspection management
- Deep expertise in policy shaping across GxP domains
- Strong strategic thinking
- Ability to translate scientific/regulatory developments into frameworks
- Extensive experience interacting with global regulatory bodies
- Representing organizations in international scientific/regulatory forums
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent influencing skills
- Ability to operate in politically sensitive environments
- Ability to operate in multi-level organizational environments
Aufgaben
- Manage and integrate organizational units
- Transform distributed expertise into a structured system
- Ensure the system is inspection-ready and decision-driving
- Engage with global regulatory authorities
- Collaborate with scientific organizations and industry networks
- Lead and develop the Knowledge Hub organization
- Allocate resources and plan budgets
- Serve as the central escalation point
- Define and drive the global Knowledge Hub strategy
- Set long-term priorities and governance models
- Create strategic roadmaps
- Strengthen knowledge management and regulatory intelligence
- Oversee the integration of the Audit & Inspection Management Group
- Oversee the Science Intelligence Group
- Ensure structured capture and governance of knowledge
- Deploy organizational knowledge across functions
- Align Therapeutic Product Teams and Enabling Functions
- Manage outsourced activities within the Knowledge Hub ecosystem
- Screen and evaluate regulatory guidelines
- Disseminate scientific intelligence relevant to RA, QA, and PV
- Enable informed and timely decision-making
- Represent the company in external forums
- Participate in working groups and conferences
- Maintain visibility and influence in the industry
