Anforderungen

  • International sales leadership and team management experience in electrical equipment manufacturing or industrial B2B environments with complex technical products
  • Excellent track record in sales growth
  • Technical degree in electrical engineering or power electronics, ideally with commercial education
  • Strong knowledge of high voltage, medium voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission & distribution, renewable energy, or e-mobility sectors
  • Excellent team management skills that empower his team
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to engage with cross-functional teams
  • Natural team motivator with proactive, opportunity-driven mindset
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (Up to 60%) and direct client engagement
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop convincing communication strategies based on technical rationale
  • Interest and ability to understand DC and AC power systems and corresponding product needs
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
