- Excellent track record in sales growth
- Technical degree in electrical engineering or power electronics, ideally with commercial education
- Strong knowledge of high voltage, medium voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission & distribution, renewable energy, or e-mobility sectors
- Excellent team management skills that empower his team
- Strong technical acumen and ability to engage with cross-functional teams
- Natural team motivator with proactive, opportunity-driven mindset
- Comfortable with frequent travel (Up to 60%) and direct client engagement
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop convincing communication strategies based on technical rationale
- Interest and ability to understand DC and AC power systems and corresponding product needs
