Anforderungen
- •Extensive experience in senior OEM sales or commercial leadership roles
- •Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth with automotive OEMs across Europe
- •Demonstrated experience leading regional or international sales teams and managing complex sales cycles
- •Deep understanding of OEM procurement, sourcing, and decision-making processes
- •Strong executive presence with the ability to negotiate and close high-value, multi-year agreements
- •Strategic, data-driven approach to sales planning and execution
- •Fluency in English; German or French strongly preferred; additional European languages advantageous

- •Define and execute the EMEA OEM sales strategy
- •Own the OEM sales forecast and pipeline management
- •Identify and prioritize high-growth OEM accounts
- •Lead and mentor the EMEA OEM Sales team
- •Drive disciplined sales execution and deal reviews
- •Act as executive sponsor for key OEM accounts
- •Build relationships with decision-makers at automotive OEMs
- •Lead large negotiations and contract closures
- •Expand account penetration within OEM organizations
- •Monitor automotive market trends and customer demand
- •Ensure strong positioning against competitors in tenders
- •Provide market feedback to support product evolution
