- Master's degree or equivalent education in mechanical engineering
- Minimum of 5 years’ management and leadership experience in a comparable role in Quality
- Deep knowledge of quality methods and tools such as SPC, FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and engineering methods and tools such as APQP and PPAP
- Pragmatic and hands-on execution excellence
- Ability to foster global collaboration with an intercultural mindset
- Ownership and accountability
- People management with ethical leadership
- Min. C1 in English and German, additional languages a strong plus

Aufgaben
- Develop and execute the global quality strategy
- Collaborate with Engineering and R&D leaders on Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
- Establish global standards for production process control and testing protocols
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives for critical field failures
- Implement a global supplier quality management strategy
- Promote a culture of quality responsibility across the organization
- Partner with the Interroll Academy to create a global quality training curriculum
- Serve as the key quality advisor to leadership teams in Operations, Technology, and Sales
