In this role, you will shape the global quality strategy while collaborating with various teams to ensure high standards in product development and manufacturing. Your efforts will drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.

Anforderungen

• •Master's degree or equivalent education in mechanical engineering
• •Minimum of 5 years’ management and leadership experience in a comparable role in Quality
• •Deep knowledge of quality methods and tools such as SPC, FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and engineering methods and tools such as APQP and PPAP
• •Pragmatic and hands-on execution excellence
• •Ability to foster global collaboration with an intercultural mindset
• •Ownership and accountability
• •People management with ethical leadership
• •Min. C1 in English and German, additional languages a strong plus
• •Strong identification with corporate values: Long-term thinking, committed to excellence, always respectful, passionate about customers

Aufgaben

• •Develop and execute the global quality strategy
• •Collaborate with Engineering and R&D leaders on Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
• •Establish global standards for production process control and testing protocols
• •Lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives for critical field failures
• •Implement a global supplier quality management strategy
• •Promote a culture of quality responsibility across the organization
• •Partner with the Interroll Academy to create a global quality training curriculum
• •Serve as the key quality advisor to leadership teams in Operations, Technology, and Sales
