- Ensure scalable, reliable, and efficient EV charging infrastructure operation
- Build and scale a high-performing international operations organization
- Evolve operations into a globally aligned model across 11+ countries
- Drive transformation from decentralized to centralized operations
- Align operations setup with senior leadership
- Define and implement a scalable Target Operating Model (TOM)
- Establish governance structures and clear roles
- Implement standardized processes across markets
- Ensure operational excellence by balancing reliability, cost, and quality
- Enable rapid and sustainable charging network growth
- Lead cross-border transformation initiatives
- Foster a culture of accountability and safety
- Promote transparency and collaboration
- Drive continuous improvement across operational teams
