Anforderungen
- At least three years of experience in IT Operations, ideally gained in scale-up or international company
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API (plus)
- Fluent English (required)
- German skills (highly beneficial for vendor negotiations)
- Preference for sustainable, automated solutions over manual fixes
- Enjoyment in building scalable processes
Aufgaben
- Manage relationships with hardware and service providers
- Define hardware standards
- Manage asset lifecycle across 11 countries
- Partner with HR on the Joiner–Mover–Leaver process
- Ensure automatic device provisioning, configuration, and shipping
- Define workplace standards with the Head of IT
- Establish standards for mobile contracts, hardware, and software
- Handle complex workplace escalations (2nd/3rd level)
- Administer Microsoft 365 and related environments
- Ensure transparent and cost-efficient license usage
- Implement security standards (MFA, Conditional Access, device encryption)
- Monitor security standards (MFA, Conditional Access, device encryption)
- Manage user lifecycle across the organization
- Manage device lifecycle across the organization
