- Transfer process knowledge to key stakeholders
- Define process guardrails focused on customer experience
- Drive continuous improvement and system harmonization
- Manage stakeholders across global and local domains
- Monitor process adoption using metrics and KPIs
- Maintain updated process documentation and SOPs
- Lead global programs and strategic roadmap realization
- Coach colleagues in agile ways of working
- Safeguard revenue continuity and financial compliance
- Partner with supply chain coordinators on troubleshooting
