- Excellent range of communication skills. Fluent in English, both oral and written
Aufgaben
- Provide first-level support to GCS system super-users
- Own the support strategy and manage daily support for MMS
- Collaborate with IT and governance teams to resolve system issues
- Liaise with governance teams to manage system improvement requests
- Contribute to reporting development, validation, and deployment using Power BI
- Create and update system documentation as needed
- Deliver system training through the network of super-users
- Lead requirements gathering for new or updated systems
- Document business requirements for system implementation
- Review data trends to ensure business processes meet desired results
- Report on process improvements and performance metrics
- Drive collaboration with all GCSI stakeholders
- Become a recognized subject matter expert for MMS business processes
- Develop strong relationships with GCSI super-users and Country Service Leaders
- Participate in the implementation of new service and ERP systems
- Provide leadership in the use of service and ERP systems
- Adhere to organizational policies and quality procedures
- Identify problems in business processes and suggest improvements
- Prepare reports and presentations on process analysis and customer experience metrics
