Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in software/ML/GenAI projects; at least one shipped prototype or internal tool
- Practical experience with Python and familiarity with GenAI frameworks
- Thorough understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector stores/search; first exposure to RAG patterns
- Experience with Git and Docker; exposure to cloud and CI/CD fundamentals
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals: clean code, testing basics, code reviews, clear documentation
- Awareness of security, privacy, and responsible AI principles; readiness to follow enterprise governance processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable coordinating across international teams
- Excellent English skills; German is a plus. Retail/omnichannel experience is advantageous.
Aufgaben
- Support GenAI application development and operation
- Assist with knowledge chatbots, assistants, and voice use cases
- Help product owners with project management tasks
- Manage backlogs and prepare sprint planning
- Coordinate stakeholder updates
- Execute governance and compliance checks
- Ensure use case registration and access controls
- Manage data handling and auditability
- Maintain documentation for GenAI platforms
- Contribute to RAG workflows
- Prepare and chunk data for RAG
- Configure vector stores
- Perform basic retrieval quality checks
- Help set up evaluation and monitoring
- Monitor latency and cost
- Identify hallucination signals
- Maintain clear documentation and demos
- Create how-to guides
- Support user onboarding
- Assist with basic support requests
- Collaborate with platform, security, and data teams
- Identify surface risks and dependencies
- Propose improvement ideas
