Aufgaben
- Define and lead the strategic direction for the Swiss BU Vaccines Franchise
- Drive brand development and execution for current vaccines
- Prepare for future vaccine launches
- Contribute to the long-term positioning of the vaccines portfolio in Switzerland
- Shape programs to improve vaccination perception among healthcare professionals and the public
- Increase vaccination coverage rates and highlight the value of Sanofi vaccines
- Lead and coordinate the franchise team
- Interface with cross-functional teams including medical, market access, supply chain, sales, regulatory, and public affairs
- Ensure effective execution of marketing activities aligned with budget and goals
- Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Support the professional development of team members
