Anforderungen
- Bachelor or Master’s in Marketing, Life Science or Business Administration
- 2-3 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Experience in Oncology ideally
- Experience with omnichannel activities and trends
- Strong communication, motivation, and teamwork skills
- Innovative, goal-oriented personality and self-motivation
- Problem solving and solution orientation
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to identify and understand market trends
- Understanding of Swiss healthcare environment and project management skills
- Fluency in German and English, French advantageous
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute local commercial action plans
- Localize global brand plans for the Swiss market
- Adapt global projects to meet local strategic objectives
- Drive cross-functional execution of stakeholder engagement plans
- Implement omnichannel engagement strategies for commercial projects
- Manage marketing projects with agencies from concept to implementation
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities for insights
- Collaborate across teams to support the product portfolio
- Provide product-related marketing training to the sales force
- Manage networks of consultants and agency partners
- Create external expert engagement strategies with commercial leadership
- Oversee monthly tactical budgets and financial reconciliations
- Manage the promotional materials review and approval process
- Lead product-specific segments of national and regional meetings
- Represent the company at national and international congresses
