- High agency: move fast, take ownership, spot role gaps
- High craft in communication with candidates
- Data-driven approach to tracking funnel
- Bar-raiser, hiring only A-players
- Preference for remote-first environment
- Preference for working independently with minimum collaboration
Aufgaben
- Partner with leaders to define hiring strategy
- Build workflows and sourcing playbooks
- Source, screen, and run debriefs
- Drive the hiring process to closure
- Maintain a steady pipeline of top candidates
- Leverage outbound, referrals, and founder networks
- Engage with communities and events
- Ensure high offer acceptance rates
- Maintain short, predictable time-to-offer
- Calibrate with engineering leads
- Screen candidates for technical skills
- Pre-qualify candidates before manager review
- Manage external agencies and recruiters
- Set clear briefs for agencies
- Review candidate quality rigorously
- Provide fast and constructive feedback
- Terminate underperforming agency relationships
- Represent telli externally
- Create positive candidate experiences
- Ensure candidates rave about the process
