- •Strong communication skills in English and German
- •Desire to work with smart and friendly people with low ego
- •Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week in Berlin
- •Need for detailed instructions and avoidance of responsibility
- •Lack of basic product understanding
- •Interest only in high-level strategic work
- •Dislike for direct customer interaction
- •No sales experience
- •Preference for remote work
- •Preference for minimal collaboration
