- Significant direct experience with the Salesforce platform
- Demonstrated entrepreneurship and a focus on impactful delivery
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to lead technical engagements and mentor junior team members
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
- Fluency with German language skills
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Agentforce platform
- Experience developing conversational AI solutions in regulated industries
- Expert-level experience with Apex and/or Python coding languages
- Prior experience in a customer-facing technical lead or architect role
- Advanced Salesforce platform certifications
- Deep knowledge across Salesforce CRM
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Flows and Lightning Web Components
- Experience contributing to open-source AI frameworks or libraries
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions
- Write critical code and configure systems
- Troubleshoot issues and guide junior team members
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable production systems
- Architect and deploy complex AI and LLM-based intelligent agents
- Build custom intelligent agents using the Agentforce platform
- Own the entire data lifecycle and design data models
- Build efficient processing pipelines and establish integration strategies
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges
- Push the capabilities of the Agentforce platform
- Develop bespoke intelligent agents and automate business processes
- Translate client operational challenges into technical requirements
- Conduct detailed analysis and root cause identification
- Develop proofs-of-concept and minimum viable products
- Implement engineering best practices for code quality and security
