In this role, you will manage fixed assets across multiple entities, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting. Your daily responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, coordinating with departments, and serving as a key contact for auditors.

Anforderungen

• •Completed commercial training
• •Several years of professional experience in fixed asset and financial accounting
• •Additional qualification as a certified balance sheet accountant
• •Excellent knowledge of SAP FI/AA
• •Ideally basic knowledge of SD, MM, and CO
• •Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• •Excellent command of German (written and spoken)
• •Good English skills

Aufgaben

• •Manage the entire fixed asset portfolio for multiple entities
• •Coordinate with departments on investment orders and asset accounting
• •Record additions and disposals of fixed assets
• •Process transfers for cost center changes
• •Calculate monthly depreciation and extraordinary write-ups or write-downs
• •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• •Reconcile subledger and general ledger accounts
• •Contribute to financial analyses and documentation
• •Prepare asset schedules and depreciation simulations per IFRS
• •Enter data into the parent company’s consolidation software
• •Act as the contact person for auditors during year-end closing
• •Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP projects
• •Act as Key User for SAP FI-AA
• •Organize and oversee fixed asset inventories
• •Ensure necessary corrections in accounting records
