As a VAT Accounting Specialist, you will manage VAT reporting and compliance, ensuring accurate submissions and effective communication with tax authorities. This role involves data entry, refund applications, and supporting various tax-related activities.

Anforderungen

• •Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• •Practical experience in VAT, accounting, or order management
• •Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• •Proficient in SAP (FI, SD) and confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• •Structured, reliable, and self-driven approach with strong adherence to deadlines
• •Strong communication skills and team spirit
• •Willingness to grow professionally and contribute to process improvements

Aufgaben

• •Prepare and submit VAT returns
• •Review EC Sales Lists and consignment stock reports
• •Ensure compliance with internal tax policies
• •Coordinate with tax authorities and internal departments
• •Post VAT data in SAP and AMANA software
• •Perform VAT ID checks and resolve discrepancies
• •Identify eligible input VAT for refunds
• •Submit refund applications to foreign tax authorities
• •Assist with VAT registrations and year-end closing
• •Support internal audits and training sessions
