Aufgaben
- Build digital infrastructure for month-end reporting
- Automate financial logic and eliminate manual data processing
- Develop deep understanding of existing processes and reporting rhythms
- Streamline and automate month-end cycle activities
- Identify and streamline repetitive manual tasks
- Automate accruals, revenue-share calculations, and cost reconciliations
- Use Power Automate, Python, Power BI, or Abacum for workflow automation
- Support approval and control process improvements
- Embed financial logic and governance into systems
- Improve consolidated month-end cycle with diagnostic tools
- Flag variances in real-time during month-end close
- Build automated audit agents for contract data cross-referencing
- Support and manage month-end close activities
- Prepare and review invoices and accruals
- Ensure system entries align with control standards
- Further automate month-end close activities over time
- Serve as primary technical contact for external auditors
- Translate complex commercial models into audited financial actuals
- Define and enforce data contracts between Accounting and FP&A
- Ensure clean, mapped, and analysis-ready actuals
- Support and strengthen SOX controls and audit processes
- Improve reliability, traceability, and consistency of financial data
