Anforderungen

• •Degree in Business, Finance, or comparable

• •Advanced PowerPoint and Excel knowledge

Aufgaben

• •Collaborate with the regional Operational Management and Revenue teams
• •Support hotels and leadership during budget and forecast processes
• •Execute annual budgeting and ongoing financial cycles
• •Analyze hotel results to generate decision-making insights
• •Monitor monthly accounting closings and generate performance statistics
• •Perform data collection and reliability checks on financial data
• •Analyze P&L performance against budgets and historical data
• •Participate in business reviews to ensure action plan implementation
• •Evaluate hotel results and KPIs to provide strategic recommendations
• •Develop reporting tools to track financial outcomes
• •Manage rolling forecasts to ensure high accuracy
• •Assist General Managers in reaching owner-agreed targets
