- Perform data collection and reliability checks on financial data
- Analyze P&L performance against budgets and historical data
- Participate in business reviews to ensure action plan implementation
- Evaluate hotel results and KPIs to provide strategic recommendations
- Develop reporting tools to track financial outcomes
- Manage rolling forecasts to ensure high accuracy
- Assist General Managers in reaching owner-agreed targets
