- Fluency in written and spoken German and English is mandatory
- Experience in the technology or software industry
- Ability to analyze and query large-scale data with SQL, Python, or R
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses, e.g. Snowflake
- Familiarity with German (HGB) financial reporting standards and practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Aufgaben
- Collect and analyze financial data
- Prepare comprehensive reports on SaaS metrics, revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Deliver regular management, shareholder, and lender reports
- Manage data sources and dashboards for key financial and non-financial metrics
- Enhance the finance analytics data layer for real-time data accuracy
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts
- Identify variances and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with departments to gather financial information for strategic planning
- Provide analytical support for market analysis and financial feasibility studies
- Utilize financial software tools to streamline reporting and analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve financial systems and processes
- Prepare and present financial reports to management
- Communicate key insights and recommendations effectively
- Act as a liaison between finance and other departments
