• •Willingness to travel 10% to 25%
• •University degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
• •Experience as Operations Analyst in manufacturing
• •Fast learner and independent worker
• •Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset
• •Cultural sensitivity in international organizations
• •Hardworking with good communication skills
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• •Proficiency in English and German

Aufgaben

• •Partner with regional and plant controllers
• •Centralize and standardize reporting processes
• •Consolidate monthly results and rolling forecasts
• •Analyze P&L, Capex, and operational KPIs
• •Deliver accurate ad-hoc financial reports
• •Support plant teams and special projects
• •Optimize and streamline reporting workflows
• •Manage regional non-plant financials
• •Act as business partner for outbound freight
• •Support internal audit requirements
