You will drive the mission by managing daily financial operations, from overseeing accounts and payroll to ensuring project compliance through close collaboration with the team.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• •Three years' professional experience in accounting
• •Experience with ERP or accounting systems
• •Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• •Desirable project accounting and donor-funded experience
• •Accuracy under deadlines and high autonomy
• •Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
• •Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated nature
• •Excellent written and spoken English
• •German language skills (B2 or higher)

Aufgaben

• •Review and reconcile bank account activity
• •Monitor balances and support cash flow forecasting
• •Maintain accurate documentation for financial transactions
• •Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes
• •Track and follow up on accounts receivable
• •Execute monthly payroll and tax payments
• •Liaise with banks on routine operational matters
• •Provide monthly data to external accountants
• •Ensure compliance with regulatory and donor requirements
• •Prepare monthly project financial statements and reports
• •Assist project managers with staff cost allocations
• •Improve internal finance processes and systems
