Beschreibung

As a Finance Associate, you will be integral to the financial health of the organization, preparing financial statements, managing invoicing, and collaborating with internal teams and external tax advisors to ensure accurate reporting and budgeting.

Anforderungen

• •3+ years of relevant professional experience in a start-up, in-house, or external accounting firm
• •Extensive knowledge in German HGB
• •Experience with DATEV, familiarity with other ERP software (Netsuite, Xero, Quickbooks, etc) is a plus
• •Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• •Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• •Ownership mentality, financial savviness, creativity, and drive to get things done
• •Self-starter with a track record of independently leading new initiatives
• •Passion for working and learning in a fast-growing, mission-focused business
• •Knowledge of international accounting standards, e.g. IFRS and US GAAP is a plus

• •Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial statements
• •Assist with financial processes for subsidiary entities
• •Support internal and external reporting
• •Contribute to financial planning and forecasting
• •Track actual spending against budget
• •Analyze and investigate discrepancies
• •Manage invoicing and accounts receivable
• •Enhance Finance & Accounting processes and policies
• •Act as the main contact for the external tax advisor
• •Collaborate with key internal stakeholders
