In this role, you will take charge of daily accounting tasks, ensuring compliance and accuracy while supporting month-end closings. You will also work on improving processes and collaborating with the Controller to scale financial operations as the company grows.

Anforderungen

• •Vocational training or degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• •2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance role
• •Sound understanding of consolidation principles
• •Strong working knowledge of accounting systems
• •Ability to work independently and collaborate
• •Interest in process improvement and automation
• •Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented
• •Good working proficiency in English and German

Aufgaben

• •Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• •Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
• •Handle general ledger activities in compliance with regulations
• •Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• •Prepare accounting data for tax filings with external advisors
• •Ensure accuracy of balance sheet accounts through reconciliations
• •Contribute to management reporting and financial analyses
• •Identify opportunities to improve and automate accounting processes
• •Collaborate with the Controller to enhance finance operations
